International Shipping Information
All International shipping is carried out by Australia Post with a flat rate of $40.00. Express post shipping is available. If you require express post please contact us prior to making the order at firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase or date of delivery for online purchases. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with all labels and tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
Returns may take up to 10 days to process. Proof of online purchase/order number must be emailed to email@example.com before item(s) is returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, please contact us by email first at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
As Rose Panza is not liable for the loss of the item being returned, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
